KDS & Lake Country
KDS’s commitment to developing and testing new methods led us to trial, and then switch to, Lake Country Manufacturing polishing pads in 2018.
It was a natural decision as the whole detailing team agreed that the pads performed and lasted better than anything we had used before. In fact, we were so impressed that Kelly agreed to act as an ambassador for the brand.
Very quickly we recognised an obvious synergy between Lake Country and KDS Keltec. Both brands are rooted in the principles of innovation, efficiency, and delivering quality results, so in July 2020 Kelly was appointed as the Global Director of Training for Lake Country Manufacturing, and their new sister company LC Power Tools.
In this new role Kelly will continue to lead the detailing industry through his teaching and testing, just as before. KDS Keltec is still owned and run by the same team. However, with Lake Country behind us we are finally able to spend more time educating and creating content for detailing enthusiasts worldwide, sharing the passion that created KDS Keltec at the start of our journey.
